SCHOOL EDUCATION AND LITERACY DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT OF SINDH has announced the Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program (CAP or SECCAP for 2024) for government colleges of Karachi. However, it is being informed to those students who want to be admitted to any of the government colleges of Karachi, that you should have to submit the SECCAP Admission Form Online sitting at home. The last date for submission of the admission form is mentioned in the advertisement. Therefore, the examination date is decided by the board authority, and later the roll numbers and admit cards are sent to the registered Male and female students. Admissions will start on 27th June 2024.

Required Documents for Eligibility
The application form duly filled by the candidates shall be supported by the attested photocopies of the following documents:
- SSC Certificate for admission at any level of studies
- Detail Marks / Provisional Certificate of the last exam passed
- Character Certificate issued by the learning institution last attended. Where the candidate has passed the last examination in a private capacity such certificate shall be signed by a gazetted officer.
- Domicile Certificate
- Self/father CNIC /B-Form
- Required number of coloured photographs as per college policy.
- Quota eligibility certificate in case a candidate applies for a specified quota notified by the government, e.g. Disable, etc.
Students admitted on a sports basis shall be required to submit an undertaking that they will actively participate in the college sports team, failing which their admission shall stand cancelled.

Out of these 297 colleges, 139 are in the Karachi Division, 56 in the Hyderabad Division, 18 in the Mirpurkhas Division, 31 in the Sukkur Division,24 in the Larkana Division and 28 in the Shaheed Benizarabad Division. Out of which 128 are for women, 123 for men, and 46 are for co-education colleges.
