Eligible Students
Graduates eligible for participation in the Convocation must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of studies between Autumn 2004 and Spring 2022.
- Attainment of 70% marks or higher in degree programs.
- PhD, MPhil, and MS graduates are automatically eligible.
How to Apply:
- Go to the link.
- Enter your Student ID.
- Select Your program.
- Complete the form.
- After completion you’ll see your registration status on screen.
- You can check your registration status in student portal.

Instruction before Registration:
- Verify eligibility by entering the Registration Number, Student ID, or Roll Number.
- Gold medalists should register on the portal.
- If eligible for multiple degree programs, choose one for participation.
- Attend one ceremony in your relevant location: Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, or Islamabad.
- Provide your CNIC number and permanent residential address as per CNIC for validation.
- Download/print the Challan form after successful registration; this reserves your seat.
- The Challan form is valid for 48 hours, failure to pay within this timeframe cancels the reservation.
- After fee payment, confirmation will be reflected on the portal. Keep the Challan for verification on the convocation day, if needed no need to send it to the university.
Note: Graduates must maintain decorum throughout the rehearsal and convocation ceremony. Avoid chanting slogans, displaying political affiliations, or engaging in any disruptive behavior.
