The PITB’s e-Stamping system has completely rebuilt the stamp issuance procedure, which used to take at least 2 – 3 days. PITB has now placed the stamp issuance process online so that anyone wanting to purchase high-value non-judicial and judicial stamp papers can do so using a computer with an internet connection.

Simply fill out your challan form from the relevant E stamping webpage and have it printed. Then go to the Bank of Punjab branch and get your E stamping paper. Stamp duty selection is a significant source of revenue for the Punjab government. It is collected by the Revenue Board.
e Stamp Online Verification
The Punjab Information Technology Board has proposed an online system in response to the government’s recognition of problems with the current structure at the top levels.

Procedure To Submit Challan Form No. 32-A To Pay Stamp Duty
- Open the e Stamping website in your browser.
- Click on the icon or link next to it.
- Click on “AGREE”, for further process.
- Fill out the form with the correct information.
- Fill out deed detail
- Find the print button, and print your document.
- Once you have a print check it twice.
The centuries-old process had major issues with citizen facilitation, such as revenue leakage through bogus and fraudulent practices.
e Stamp Vendor Portal
The names of the buyer, seller, and person purchasing stamps papers will be entered into the system, along with their CNIC.
- To pay Stamp Duty, create a new Challan Form 32-A.
- Pay the Comparison Fee, Ahl-e-Commission, or Def. CVT/Reg on your existing Challan Form 32-A and calculate the DC Value of your land.
- Check or print the existing Challan Form 32-A.
- On e-Stamps, pay any stamp duty deficiency or penalty.
- Check your e-Stamps.
- Create a new Challan Form 32-A to purchase Adhesive Stamps.
- Create a new Challan Form 32-A to pay any outstanding fees.

The primary objective of this e-stamping process is to protect document and procedure fraud, loss of government revenues, store information in electronic form, and build a central database to make the verifying process much easier. Due to the nature and type of payment, such reports are available from either registered stamp vendors or district treasury offices.

Following online verification, the required Challan form 32-A will be generated based on the provided data, which will be signed by the civilian and the payment submission.
The DC valuation tables are pre-programmed into the system. The names of the buyer, seller, and person purchasing stamps are entered into the system, along with their CNIC numbers. The technology of stamp duty collection for various public money transfers is a significant step in this direction.

The e-Stamping project team has trained sub-registrars, stamp vendors, deed writers, and other relevant stakeholders. A mobile app for auditing has also been created so that they can easily verify e-Stamp paper and Challan-32-A.
