Hailey College of Banking and Finance admission section has been founded as the fifth Constituent College of the University of the Punjab, Lahore. On March 26, 2003, HCBF was inaugurated by Lt. Gen. (R) Khalid Maqbool (previously Chancellor and Governor Punjab).
The admission in MBA (1 ½ year) of 17 ½ years education is now open on a merit basis for the students of HCBF-PU. The students of Morning sessions who have completed BBA (Hons) B&F from HCBF-PU will compete for open Merit seats.
