HEC China Scholarship 2024 CSC Application Form

The government of China is offering fully funded scholarships to students of Pakistan. HEC has continued online registration for the CSC China Scholarship 2024. The HEC China scholarship is a major scholarship that supports students in getting admission to 289 chines universities. Students all around Pakistan can get admission to top-rated universities in China through this scholarship. Selected candidates will complete graduation, master’s, and a doctorate in China. HEC China Scholarship 2024 CSC Application Form

China Scholarship Council has allowed to HEC of online registration. Higher Education Commission Pakistan has started online registration for the China HEC Scholarship. Interested individuals can visit HEC foreign scholarships. The main purpose of CSC scholarship is to help understudies, educators, and researchers. HEC Pakistan is a nominating agency for such scholarships.  HAT, GAT is another prerequisite for this scholarship.

HEC China Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria

All around Pakistan including AJK, FATA, and GB both males and females can apply for HEC China Scholarship 2024. Minim qualification is an intermediate first division for HEC China Scholarship 2024. The age should be 25 years. Candidates who apply for MS, M.phil, and Ph.D. programs must have sixteen years of education in the relevant fields.

CSC Scholarship 2024 Deadline​

China Scholarship 2024 online registration is open now. Pakistan and China both have strong relations. Both have business partners. Already thousands of number scholars are studying in China Scholarship. Interested candidates can apply online for HEC China Scholarship before December 15, 2024. After that, HEC will close the new registration of this scholarship.

Chinese Government Scholarship Program 2024

It is very easy and simple to apply online for the HEC China Scholarship. China Council of Scholarship is accepting online application forms for this scholarship with the help of HEC Pakistan. Initially, HEC will verify and select suitable candidates for the present scholarship.  Applicants will have to deposit Rs 300 in favor of HEC in HBL.

How to Apply Online for HEC China Scholarship 2024

1. Applicants must be Pakistani/AJ&K nationals. Dual nationality holders are not eligible to apply.
2. Applicants must be in good health.
3. Applicants with incomplete degrees on the closing date of the application are not eligible to apply.
4. Applicants for the Undergraduate/Bachelor’s program must have intermediate/A-level/FA-FSC (12 years) of education and be under the age of 25 at the time of application.
5. Applicants for the master’s program must have a bachelor’s degree (16 years) and be under the age of 35 at the time of application.
6. Applicants for the Ph.D./Doctoral program must have a master’s degree MS/MPhil (17/18 years) and be under the age of 40 years at the time of application.
7. Meet the application requirements as prescribed on the China Scholarship Council website & portal.
8. Meet the admission requirements of the applied universities in terms of academic eligibility, language proficiency, and other relevant criteria.
9. Applicants may not receive any other types of scholarship currently.
10. All applicants are required to provide HAT or USAT test scores. Applicant must have obtained a minimum score of 50 out of 100 in the HAT or USAT test. Those applicants who have taken the HAT or USAT test on or after January 01, 2024, may upload the test result on the HEC portal for consideration. Without providing a minimum HAT or USAT test score (50 out of 100), applications will not be considered for further processing. Interested applicants who are yet to take the HAT or USAT test may register for the same by visiting https://etc.hec.gov.pk/

HEC China Scholarship Required Documents

1. Copy of signed application form of HEC in separate spiral binding. No other document is to be attached to the HEC application form.
2. Copy of signed application form of CSC application portal along with the following document;
3. Attested copies of all educational documents, one photocopy of CNIC/B-form, Domicile, IBCC equivalency certificate (if applicable), and HEC equivalency if applicable.
4. A study plan or research proposal (200 words for Bachelor, 800 words for Master & Ph.D.), copies of any research publication & achievements (Ph.D. only), language proficiency certificate or IELTS/TOEFL/HSK score (where applicable), copy of valid ordinary passport till March 01, 2024 (first two pages).
5. Photocopy of the Physical Examination Record (attached)​for foreigners should be completed in English. (The original copy should be kept by the applicant.) The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Physical Examination Record including basic blood test reports for foreigners as per China’s Govt. policy.
6. Non-criminal Record (Police Clearance Certificate) not older than six months before the application deadline.
7. The forms with incomplete records or without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
8. Apply to the target universities for the pre-admission letter (optional) for Masters & Ph.D. before submitting an online application if available. HEC/CSC cannot guarantee the enrollment of your target university if no pre-admission notice is acquired from the applicant. Applicants for Master & Ph.D. with admission documents will obtain priority in winning the Chinese Govt. Scholarships.
9. In case of employment, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the applicant’s employer will be required.

China Scholarship Council (CSC) which is appointed to the Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China is in charge of the enrollment and administration of the Chinese Government Scholarship Program.
