HEC Criteria for Lecturer in University 2024

Minim first and second division is mandatory to join lectureship in Pakistan. MS/M.phil and Ph.D. degree holders also can apply for lecturers. Both males and females are eligible for lectures. Universities and colleges both are restricted to hire lecturers those candidates who meet these criteria.  Maxim age is 45 years to apply for lecturer jobs in Punjab, Baluchistan, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.

HEC Appointment  Criteria for Assistant Professor

Ph.D. in relevant subject candidates can apply for assistant professor.  There is no experience required to become an assistant professor. Usually, some universities give priority to experienced individuals. Candidates will have to present their original documents for verification. Minim 8 publications are mandatory after completing the degree.

HEC Criteria for Associate Professor Jobs 2024

Higher Education Commission Pakistan hires associate professors for universities and colleges. National and international candidates can get associate professors. All colleges & universities publish associate professor jobs advertisement in daily national newspapers. 10 years of teaching experience is required for associate professors.

HEC Appointment Criteria for Professor

Higher Education Commission Pakistan appoints professors in 19 grades. Candidates who have a minim 15-year teaching experience can apply for professor. Candidates will have to complete 15-year teaching experience in higher education authority. Applicants will have to present their experience letter during the application.

HEC Requirement for Associate Professor
