HEC National Digital Library Program 2024

HEC Pakistan has introduced a national digital library program for scholars and researchers. They register through their institution in HEC National Digital Library program for the purpose of study and research. Higher Education Pakistan has picked up the concept of E-learning in digital libraries. Registered scholars and researchers will get access to E-literature free of cost. Digital Library was needed in this century. That’s why HEC and the government set up a library of that type to promote research culture in Pakistan. HEC National Digital Library was formed in 2004 as the first digital library in Pakistan.

National Digital Library in Pakistan is offering free of cost research and study services. You can study or download research papers from the National Digital Library without paying. Simply, students or scholars need an internet connection and institutional access to log in National Digital Library. Students of public and private universities in Pakistan can use this e-learning platform. Only students of HEC-recognized universities in Pakistan can use the sources of the National Digital Library. Higher Education Commission NDL has 50, 000 online full-text E-books and 23, 000 journals.
