USAT Admission Apply Online 2024

Students must be registered by the relevant streams. There will be no changes in the admissions process of the universities. All Universities will announce admission to Undergraduate students at regular intervals. However, students must be required to submit an HEC USAT certificate to the University to be included on their merit lists.

Who can apply for USAT?

HEC is a higher education controlling authority that is a governmental body. To work in Pakistan, all universities have to follow the rules and regulations of HEC.  Below we are classifying those students who are eligible to take the USAT.

For registration purposes kindly go to the link http://etc.hec.gov.pk. Create your account and fill out the application form with asked information. Give a password and a valid email address. Download the etc bank challan. Pay the USAT fee which is PKR 1200 and none is refundable. Which USAT Versions to Apply for based on Academic Streams?

The USAT test is conducted in the following six categories based on relevant academic streams. The students should register accordingly.

How to Apply

1. Visit http://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration. In case of difficulty during online
2. registration, visit https://onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk Only SUBMITTED applications will be considered. Applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
3. Fee will be submitted through 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services with the generated consumer number.
4. After depositing the fee through 1link 18ill Invoice, click on Verify Online Payment on the ETC Dashboard.
5. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Email/ SMS will be sent to the registered applicants for the examination date, time, and venue. Candidates are required to provide a valid email and mobile number while filling out their online application forms. SMS shall not be sent to the mobile numbers that have been converted from one network to another network.
7. The candidates must get their queries/complaints resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Queries/complaints handling beyond the registration deadline is denied by the system due to logistics/security reasons.
