HRMS Online Leave Application For Teacher
The Headmaster, Headmistress, AEO, or Authority will approve or reject your application within 24 hours. You and the authority will receive a mobile phone notification in the event that the application is either accepted or rejected. If the authority is unable to respond to the application within 24 hours, the application will be automatically forwarded to Higher Authorities (i.e., DEO) after the 24-hour period.

The government has simplified the procedure for obtaining leave. Teachers and staff who are not teaching in the department of education at schools can apply for leave online.

It is not necessary to physically visit the CEO. AEOs, Headmistress, and headmasters have the right to disapprove of the leave application within 24 years. This is a total annual leave of 25. If an employee does not utilize or only utilizes half of their casual leave balance, the remaining amount will not be carried forward to the next year’s account. The casual leave account is closed on December 31st of each year, and a new account for 25 casual leaves is opened on January 1st of the following year.

An employee who has completed at least 10 years of continuous service can take up to five years of EOL without pay on any basis. However, if the employee has not completed 10 years of continuous service and their total service time is between 5 to 9 years, they will be granted only two years of EOL. If an employee is eligible for EOL, the duration of this leave will be subtracted from their length of service, which will impact their longevity.

HRMS Online Leave 2024 C-Leave
Maternity leave is available to women after the birth of their child. The organization provides female employees with 90 days of paid leave on the occasion of childbirth. The leave is available three times throughout the duration of their service, each time for 90 days with pay. If a female employee is expecting the arrival of her fourth child, the company will grant her unpaid leave and will subtract the duration of the leave from her length of service.
