If an applicant is otherwise proven to be ineligible due to an error, fraud, or misrepresentation that was discovered at any step of the admissions process, their name appearing on the provisional merit list will not provide them any rights. According to the provisional merit list, candidates who have not provided the necessary missing information are disqualified.
