Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) was constituted in the year 1993 jointly by Three (3) sponsoring bodies of Pakistan namely The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and the Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP). PIPFA is registered as a Non-profit Association under Section 42 of The Companies Ordinance, 1984.
