Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Form Download

Established with the aim “To Serve Humanity”, Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Board has been providing services to Punjab government employees since 1960. The Punjab Benevolent Fund Board is a governmental organization supporting the serving and retired provincial government employees as well as widows/ children of deceased government servants across the province under the provisions of The Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Ordinance, 1960.

Punjab Benevolent Fund Online Status 2024

The headquarters of the Benevolent Fund Board is located in Lahore, whereas District Benevolent Fund Boards have been constituted to provide easy access to the non-gazetted employees (BS – 01 to BS – 15) of Attached Departments in their own districts. The fund is made up of compulsory contributions deducted from each government employee on a monthly basis at source, at such rates as the government may, from time to time, prescribe.

How to Apply for Punjab Benevolent Fund?

Now students and employees will apply online for Punjab Benevolent Fund Scholarship via pbf.punjab.gov.pk. All students will have to attach all supporting documents for verification. Departmental approval is also compulsory to get a grant for Punjab Benevolent Fund Scholarship 2024. The current rate of contribution is 3% of the basic salary.

Scholarship Grant Required Documents

  • Affiliation Letter of Student Institute with Board/ University

Marriage Grant Required Documents

Submit the downloaded application form along with the following documents:

  • CNIC copy of Applicant/ Government Employee
  • Marrying Daughter CNIC or Matric Result Card or Birth Certificate from Union Council
  • Copy of Nikkah Nama
  • Pay Slip of Govt. An employee with B.F. Deduction Proof
  • If Retired Govt. The employee then Retirement Orders/ PPO Copy
  • If Govt. If the employee is Dead the Death Certificate Copy
  • Death Certificate issued from Town Committee/ Union Council
  • List of Family Members (if Govt. Employee is dead)
  • Nikkah Indraj Fehrist/ Nadra Registration Certificate

Note: Submit the form to Parent’s department within 275 days. Submit the application form from Parent Department to B.F. Board within 03 years

Funeral Grant Required Documents

Download the application form to avail the grant and submit it with the following documents:

  • CNIC Copy of Applicant/ Government Employee
  • Death Certificate issued from Town Committee/ Union Council
  • Deceased person CNIC or Birth Certificate and Death Certificate from Union Council

Note: Submit the form to Parent’s department within 275 days. Submit the application form from Parent Department to B.F. Board within 03 years

Monthly Grant Required Documents

While applying for the grant, download the application form and submit it with the following documents:

  • Deceased/ Invalid Govt. Servant CNIC & Computerized Pay Slip
  • F Deduction Proof
  • Death Certificate issued from Union Council
  • If Govt. Employee Invalid retired then Invalidation Letter issued from D.G. Health, Punjab
  • Applicant CNIC and Picture
  • Non Remarriage Certificate from Widow attested by Union Council Nazim
  • Death Certificate during Service issued by Head of Department
  • If Death has occurred after Retirement then Retirement Order or Pension Book Copy
  • Non Remarriage Certificate from Widower if the employee is Women attested by Gazetted Officer
  • In the case of Minor then his Birth Certificate from Union Council and Guardian Certificate from Guardian Court
  • List of Family Members with Name, Date of Birth, Relation (with deceased), Marital Status, and Profession Attested by Head of Department and Attestation there is no other Family Member

Note: All application forms should be completely filled otherwise the form will be rejected.

Farewell Grant Required Documents

In order to avail the Farewell Grant, download the application form and attach it with the following documents:

  • CNIC copy of Applicant/ Government Employee
  • Last Computerized Pay Slip of Govt. An employee with B.F. Deduction Proof
  • Death Certificate issued from Hospital/ Union Council
  • Affidavit issued from Court if Govt. The employee is dead in favor of the Applicant

Punjab Benevolent Fund Login

Students who are children of Gazetted and none of Gazetted can apply for this scholarship. The Deputy District Commissioner will verify the forms of benevolent funds of none Gazetted employees’ children. The Services & General Administration Department has digitalized the system of Punjab Benevolent Scholarship 2024.

I submitted one case of B.F by name Maryam Fatima D/O liaqat Ali retired S.S.T from Teh.gojra District T.T.singh on dated 24-4-2022.by mail on dated 20-4-2024.second case of B.F by name Maria Noor D/O liaqat Ali retired S.S.T from Teh.gojra District T.T.singh on dated 24-4-2022.by mail on dated 20-4-2024.still no status show on B.F portal.please took proper action on these cases and released B.fund.Thanks
