• Candidates can make an application online to be considered for admission through www.numspak.edu.pk.
• Register yourself now by supplying CNIC, Email, and password.
• Create an admission fee amount in the amount of Rs.3000/-, and drop it to the nearest branch HBL.
• You must now complete your information correctly and upload scanned photocopies of the documents.
• Complete the admissions form by November 2024.

QIMS Eligibility Criteria for Admissions

• Sc(pre-Medical) with at least 70 marks.
• Candidates must have passed the NUMS entrance test, with a minimum of 60 percent scores.
• Foreign applicants must have completed HSSC or equivalent, with 70% or more marks.
• Foreign candidates have completed the entry test with a score of 60% or SAT II with a minimum score of 550 points in each of the subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Maths.
• Students who have completed A levels or any other international programme can apply for admission following the receipt of an equivalence certification from IBCC.
• Foreign applicants must have passed their Language assessment e.g. IELTS or TOEFL.

• Foreign applicants must include a copy of their O-Level and A-Level result certificates,

• Affidavits a copy of the Hafiz-e-Quran certificate.
• Certificate of Equivalence issued by IBCC as well as a current valid foreign passport for candidates from abroad.
• Recent passport-sized photograph in colour of the person applying for the position with a blue background.
• Copy of challan with the fee paid.
