Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology Karachi has declared that admission will be open in 2024 for the next session. Applications are being accepted from Local students, Pakistani students from overseas, and International students to apply for two Undergraduate Bachelor Degree programs. Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology announced that admission 2024 for various programs will begin in January. The university has all programs that are associated with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) they are linked through the Higher Education Commission HEC.

How to Apply for SSUET Admission?
Instructions to fill out the online admission forms are given in the announcement. Candidates interested in applying can visit the SSUET’s official website to learn more regarding SSUET requirements for admission. The criteria for eligibility are different in all the programs. Candidates who score at least 45% marks in the intermediate exam can apply only for BBA programs.
Sir Syed University Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates need 60% marks in pre-engineering (Math, Physics, and Chemistry).
- Biomedical and engineering admissions require 60% marks in FSC pre-medical or pre-engineering, respectively.
- Submit all documents before the deadline.
- Candidates with 60% marks are eligible for admission.
- Admission is based on merit.
- Two seats are reserved for diploma holders.
- Hafiz-e-Quran candidates get a 20-mark advantage.
- Pay a fee of 1000/- rupees.
- Complete all information to stay in the competition.
- The merit schedule includes Matriculation (10%), intermediate (40%), and interview marks (50%).

SSUET 1st, 2nd, and 3rd merit lists will shortly be available on this page following the results of the entrance test. The university takes between two and three weeks to calculate the merits of all applicants. Hence SSUET starts its work as an educational institute on 8th October 1993. Before joining your classes dear you will appear in the entry welcome head over our sections in current admissions. Appearing candidates will sit up in the entry test at 10 o clock in the morning on said date. You will come to the examination center at Expo Centre, Karachi within the available time.
