SZABIST Admission Criteria
- Applicants must join SZABIST’s interview/test for entrance and interview discussion.
- For accredited programs like BBA, BSCS, etc., “E” grades in A-Level exams won’t be accepted.
- and A-level, High School Diploma/IB Diploma require equivalency from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
- High School Diploma or IB students in Pakistan must pass Islamiat, Pakistan Studies & Urdu or O-Levels, and SSC.
- Masters, MS, & PhD students need the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) verified last degree.
- International degrees’ equivalency by HEC is essential for Master, MS, & PhD students.
- Students awaiting results can also apply.
- Foreign student admission requires clearance from appropriate agencies or NoCs from HEC.

SZABIST Karachi Prospectus 2024
Dear applicants, equivalency from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is mandatory for O & A Levels/High School Diploma/IB Diploma or equivalent. Students waiting for results may also apply online. All DAE (Mechanical/ Electronics/Electrical/ Instrumentation/Automation) Candidates having at least 60% aggregate marks from an institute recognized by the Government may also apply in this institute. Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto University provides financial assistance with Fee concessions and scholarships.
