Eligibility Criteria Punjab Police Special Protection Unit
- For men, the height requirement is at least 5 feet 7 inches (or 5 feet 5 inches in certain areas), and they should be between 18 and 22 years old.
- Women must be a minimum of 5 feet and 2 inches tall.
- In some places, men should have chest sizes ranging from 31 to 32.5 inches, or 33 to 34.5 inches.
- Men should be able to run 1.6 kilometers in six minutes.
- Women’s target is to complete a 1.6-kilometer run in 10 minutes.
